Refunds

We strive to make you satisfied with your purchase.  We will issue a refund for an item within 14 days of receipt if it is in original condition and with tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping postage is not provided. Custom orders are final – no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We reserve the right to deny refunds for a return item that does not comply with this policy.  Repairs due to crashes or wear over time can be made, contact us for return instructions. Please reach out to us via email for any returns queries at info@wonkeydonkey.co.za.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Repairs

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the case of the accidental damage to your bag, reach out to us and we will help with bag repairs. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wonkydonkey.co.za.
